Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Milk, an aqueous solution of deffated milk, when necessary, adjusted in its water, fat and lactose contents, is sterilized, cooled and aged after inoculating a lactobacter or a preparation containing the same. After ageing for 2W 48hr, usually about 24hr, ground meat of white flesh fish such as walleye pollack, flat fish or pink salmon is added thereto, mixed and kneaded uniformly.
