Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an easy-to-work connection terminal with an increased contact strength ensured between the electrodes and terminals, by press-contacting the anisotropic conductive rubber to the area between the external connecting electrode and the external lead terminal of a ceramic filter having the edge mode vibration. CONSTITUTION:The anisotropic conductive rubber 10 that has the conductive properties only in the direction of thickness is held between external connecting electrodes 2, 3 and 4 and lead terminals 2', 3' and 4' respectively of a piezoelectric ceramic plate 1. Such plate 1 is stored into a case 11. Then an elastic plate 12 is put on the plate 1, and a cover 13 covers over the entire part of the plate for the press-contact. The rubber 10 has the insulating property in the direction vertical to its thickness, i.e. in the mutual direction among the terminals 2', 3' and 4'. Thus a sufficient contact area is secured between the rubber 10 and each of the electrodes 2, 3 and 4 plus terminals 2', 3' and 4' to ensure a complete electrical connection.
