Abstract

PURPOSE: To significantly reduce a running cost for the heat regeneration of drying agent utilizing raw air heated by a blower compression as regenerating air, by seperating all the water contents adsorbed by said agent in a drying process in order to cool and dehumidify said air after drying and regenerating said agent, and by utilizing it as the raw air through a packed tower drying in said process.
CONSTITUTION: Air is induced, compressed and heated while compressing by a blower 51 and sent to a packed tower 57A in order to seperate water adsorbed by adsorbing agent 58A and to regenerate said agent. The air containing water after the regeneration of the agent is sent through a pipe 59 to be cooled by the first cooler 64 and to be cooled again by the second cooler 67. The cooled and dehumidified air is fed through a pipe 75 into a packed tower 57B to be dried by adsorbing agent 58B, and resulting dry air is supplied as the product through a pipe 76, and a 77.
