Abstract
PURPOSE:To operate a DC to AC converting system at a point always outputting the maximum output electric power of a photoelectric cell by changing a voltage set point of a constant voltage controlling circuit in a separately excited converter. CONSTITUTION:A voltage detecting circuit 41 finds the product of DC voltage and current to obtain an electric power value. An oscillating circuit 44 generates 3 pulses. An analog value storing circuit 42 stores the output of an electric power detecting circuit 41. A comparator 43 compares the output of the analog value storing circuit 42 with the output of the electric power detecting circuit 41. A flip-flop circuit 54 is set or reset by an output processed by AND circuits 48-51 and OR circuits 52, 53 and the output of the circuit 54 changes a set point for a voltage setting potentiometer 31.
