Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the noise caused by the even order distortion and the instantaneous large input, by connecting the semiconductor amplifying elements in parallel with the conducting directions set opposite to each other to form a variable impedance which divides the voltage of an input signal. CONSTITUTION:The voltage of the input signal applied to a signal input terminal 1 is divided by a series circuit consisting of a resistance 3 and a variable impedance circuit 5. The input signal is amplified by an amplifier 2 and then delivered through a terminal 6 via a capacitor 9 and a resistance 10. The impedance 5 contains transistors 5a and 5b having the polarities opposite to each other and connected in parallel with the conducting directions set opposite to each other. The impedance 5 is controlled by level detecting circuit 7a and 7b that detect the levels of the positive and negative signals contained in the output of the amplifier 2 in the form of the corresponding positive and negative voltages.
