Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A necessary opening of a butterfly valve 4 is computed from a signal of an opening detector 25 of a circulation pump 1 through arithmetic units 27 and 28, a valve opening corresponding to a limit syphon height is computed by adding a signal of a function generator 30 at an adding machine 29, and a deviation from a signal of the opening detector 25 is obtained by a comparator 31. And when the deviation deviated from a blind sector set on a blind sector circuit 32 is turned into the one exceeding a predetermind value, as this means that an operational negative pressure at an outlet water chamber 7 has become identical with a limit syphon height, this device is made to apply a closing operation signal to the butterfly valve 4 from a valve driving gear 33.
