Abstract
PURPOSE:To produce the high pressure when the external force is high, by providing a mechanism for pressing a rod by means of the fluid supply and a valve mechanism which functions at the pressure higher than predetermined level thereby functioning a speed increase piston through the functioning of said valve. CONSTITUTION:When supplying the pressurized air to a port 21, an idle piston 14 will move to the direction G and the oil in the chamber C will flow into the chamber E thus to move a rod 2. A valve mechanism 6 will close as the external force will increase thus to block between the chambers E and C and to close the chamber E tightly, while when the pressure of the compressed air supply will increase further the valve mechanism 18 will function to flow the compressed air into the chamber B thus to pressurize a booster piston 13 and to move a ram 10 in the direction G. Since the chamber E is closed tightly and the cross-section of the ram 10 is smaller than that of the booster piston 13, the chamber E is brought into the high pressure thus to pressurize the rod 2.
