Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the security of a shading motor by providing an auxiliary collar at the side collar of a rectangular coil frame on which a main coil is wound, winding the main coil and the covering the surface of the main coil with the auxiliary collar, thereby securing an insulating distance between the main coil and a shading coil. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary collar 13 is formed at the end of a side collar 12 in a main coil frame 3 of a rectangular shading motor. After a main coil 10 is wound on a coil frame 3, the collar 13 is bent in a direction b with an arrow, and the winding surface of the main coil 10 is covered. When the frame 3 is mounted at a laminated stator core 1, the insulating distance between the main coil 10 and a shading coil 5 is thus secured sufficiently. Since it does not use another insulating material, it can reduce the cost.
