Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability of insulation between groups of windings or between turns of insulated coils by a method wherein an insulating tape member is adhered on a conductor so as to form an accumulated part thereof on one side of the conductor, and the accumulated part is arranged on the side where the insulation reinforcement is necessitated. CONSTITUTION:The long insulating tape member 21 consisted of a macro-molecular material, for example, being adhered and treated on one side with an adhesive fitted for thermal resistance and electric characteristic is adhered on the rectangular conductor 22 in the longitudinal direction. The end parts in the lateral direction of the insulating tape member 21 are accumulated on one side of the conductor 22, the accumulated member 23 in the left side winding group 15 are arranged on the right side, the members in the right side winding group 16 are arranged on the left side, and the accumulated parts 23 forming the thick elemental wire insulating parts are positioned on the side where the insulation reinforcement is necessitated. Accordingly insertion of a special insulator is unnecessary, the work is simplified, and the insulated coil having stable quality can be obtained and reliability can be enhanced.
