CONSTITUTION:A die panel 25 having the same shape as the uppr surface of a floor panel 22 provided with a bead 24 is placed on the smooth upper surface of the bottom die 23 of a preheated hot press, and after applying a die severing agent on the upper surface of said die panel 25, a base material mixed with thermoplastic resin into fiber debris is laminated. After that, said base material is pressed down on the smooth surface of the male die 26 of the hot press to form a floor board 21.
