Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the corrosion-proof of a ferromagnetic thin film by providing a film of a specific iron oxide at the back of a plastic film having a ferromagnetic thin film on the front surface. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a plastic film 2, a ferromagnetic thin film 1 of ferromagnetic alloy or splinel system oxide including iron is formed, and at the back side of the film 2, a non-magnetic alphaFe2-deltaO3 thin film 5(0<=delta<<1) is provided.
