Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent recondensation of fuel vaporized accurately by means of a heat generating body made up of a negative temperature coefficient resistor provided in a mixing chamber to heat the mixture of a combustion air and a liquid fuel vaporized.
CONSTITUTION: As soon as a main switch 21 is turned on to start, a blower 1, heat generating bodies 18, 19, 15 and 4 all made up of a negative temperature coefficient resistor and a temperature detecting element 5 made up of the same negative temperature coefficient resistor are energized. Subsequently, as the inner wall of a heating plate 3 is heated above a given temperature, the resistance value of the temperature detecting element 5 sharply rises to excite a relay 23, causing a contact 24 to be closed thereby energizing a motor 6, a liquid level controller 12 and a ignition heater 17. Therefore, a fuel sucked onto a rotary body 8 is scattered around and vaporized with a heating plate 3. Thereafter, it is fed to a burner via a mixing chamber 14 retained at a specific temperature with the heat generating body 15 and burned with ignition.
