Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy exchange of patterns and setting operation and thus increase the operating performance of a color TV, by securing a coincidence between the pickup state of a test pattern via an external illumination and the pickup state of the built-in pattern projector. CONSTITUTION:The optical path change-over prism type mirror 21 is provided between the relay lens front group 5 and rear group 7 at the relay lens part II of the zoom lens X. This mirror 21 is at the effective light flux which is delivered from the gorup 5 and then enters the group 7 when the lens X is under the normal state, and then inserted into the effective light flux when the test pattern chart 2' of the built-in pattern projector is picked up respectively. Thus the light put into the lens X passes through the zoom part I and the group 5 and is reflected by the mirror 21 to enter the condenser lens system 27. And this light changes its optical path by the optical path change-over mirror 25 to illuminate the chart 2'. The light passed through the chart 2' is reflected by the mirror 26 to be put into the projection lens 8 and then into the mirror 21. Thus a coincidence is obtained between the pickup state of the pattern formed by the external light and the pickup state of the built-in projector's pattern.
