Abstract

PURPOSE:To change the inertia force of flywheels in accordance with the speed of revolution by providing two flywheels for operating only one during medium or high speed revolutions and two during low speed revolutions. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 6 is connected to a flywheel 2 via a clutch disk 7 and facings 9 and 10. Another flywheel 5 is provided to the flywheel 2 to be rotatable. For low speed revolutions, flywheels 2 and 5 are connected by a centrifugal separation connector 21 to be rotated in one body. When the shaft 6 is rotated in a medium or high speed, a weight 24 is turned outward against a spring 22 by a centrifugal force to separate a friction plate 26 from the periphery of the flywheel 5, and only the flywheel 2 is operated as a flywheel.
