Abstract

PURPOSE: To contrive to miniaturize and obtain a high efficiency as well as a high power by a construction wherein compressed gas is introduced from outside of the engine.
CONSTITUTION: A main rotor 7 and a sub-rotor 2 are equipped in cylinders 10, 10' formed by overlapping circles. An intermittent gear teeth 6 are provided on the main rotor 7 while bottoms 11 engaging with the teeth 6 of the main rotor are provided on the subrotor 2 and both of the rotors are cooperated by means of timing gears provided at the ends of rotor shafts 3, 8 for each rotor. A passage 4 is provided in the rotor shaft 3 for the subrotor and is communicated with the bottom 11 of the same rotor 2. A suction and ignition chamber 13 is provided at the side whereat the engaging of the main and subrotors 2, 7 is being disengaged.
