Abstract

PURPOSE: To highten supercharging response at the acceleration time by a method wherein a feeding pipe of internal combustion engine is provided with a supercharger and an air tank and an injection pipe are connected through a solenoid valve.
CONSTITUTION: A feeding pipe 1a of internal combustion engine is provided with a supercharger 2 to make the feeding pipe 1a to expose the injection pipe 3d. The injection pipe 3 is connected with the air tank 3b through a solenoid valve. Exhaust gas drives a turbine 2a through an exhaust pipe 1b to exhaust from the exhaust pipe 2d. The power of turbine 2a drives a blower 2b to take in air in the atmosphere through an aircleaner 2c for supercharging the engine 1 through the feeding pipe 1a. At a start of running a lever 7 is set at the position of low gear, a clutch pedal 4 is returned, an accelerator 5 is stepped on, then each contact point if closed, a valve 3c is opened to jet the air in the tank 3b into the feeding pipe 1a. Thereby effect at the acceleration time is increased.
