Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the variation of the torque of an engine, by interlocking magnetic substance portion materials with the rotational motion of a crank-shaft of an internal combustion engine, and by bringing the variation of magnetic torque so as to become antiphasic to the explosion primary components of the variation of rotary torque generated in the crank-shaft. CONSTITUTION:A fly-wheel 26 is mounted to a crank-shaft 25 of an internal combustion engine 10 while magnetic substance portion materials 27, 28 consisting of coils 28b and electromagnets 27a, 28a are disposed to an outer circumference of the wheel 26. The portion materials 27, 28 are connected to a control circuit 14, to which ignition signals 16 and suction negative pressure signals 17 are input. When the variation of torque is generated in the crank-shaft 25, the portion materials are conducted, and the variation of magnetic torque antiphasic to the variation of the torque of the shaft 25 is formed, thus harmonizing the variation of the torque of the engine.
