Abstract
PURPOSE: To eliminate wiring between switching elements and scattering due to disturbance and temperature change, raise the reliability and reduce the size, by using switching integrated circuits wherein rotor position detectors and signal processing circuits are integrated as a unitary body.
CONSTITUTION: As for a magnetism-to-electricity conversion system, a rotor position detecting magnet 21 magnetized to an N or S-pole for an angle of 120° is mounted on a rotary shaft 23 and rotor position detecting switching elements 20a∼ 20c are provided at a spacing of 120° on a mount 19. Each switching element is made of an integrated circuit or the like. In the integrated circuit, a constant current circuit comprising a Zener diode 27 and an operational amplifier 28a, a signal circuit comprising a Hall element 20a and an operational amplifier 28b and a level discrimination circuit of a Zener diode 35 are integrated with one another. A signal is supplied to a transistor 37 through a lead wire 25 to drive an armature winding 38a.
