Abstract
PURPOSE: To form an excellent indented pattern and also to eliminate blister, etc., from a base material by improving exfoliation from an unhardened resin in such a manner that a rigid pattern-drawn surface is formed by using a special ink, after completion of thermal pressing formation, it is cooled once under the pressured condition, and then, it is again thermally pressed.
CONSTITUTION: By using an ink containing a vehicle resin having capability of exfoliating the impregnated thermal hardening resin and hardening inhibitor to control the thermal hardening resin, a pattern 2 is drawn on a decorating paper 1 and then it is dried and solidified. This is impregnated with a thermal hardening resin liquid and dried to form an unhardened film 3. This resin-impregnated paper is piled on a base material 4 with the pattern-bearing side 2 on the top and thermally pressed after piling a forming plate 5 upon it so that only resin 6 of non-pattern section is hardened. And then, it is cooled off once under the pressured condition and again thermally pressed. Thenceafter, the forming plate 5 is pulled off to remove unhardened resin section on the pattern 2, so that an objective projected-and- indented pattern is formed.
EFFECT: Thus formed pattern excels in wear-resisting and solvent-resisting capabilities.
