Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain such a synthetic resin tube as is high in precision of outside diameter and free from void through providing a released layer having small holes on the outer perimeter of a wound fiber layer in case wound fiber is impregnated to hardening with synthetic resin like polyester. CONSTITUTION:A high strength fiber layer 3 is provided by winding glass fiber, polyester fiber, etc. on a core 2 with a parting agent like silicone given on the surface, and a released layer 6 having small holes 7 (about 1mm diametral) is formed by using a metal sheet with small holes perforated on the outer perimeter. Next, it is put in a container 4 to have a low viscosity of synthetic resin 5 like polyester infused to impregnation under vacuum and then heated to have the resin semi- hardened or totally hardened. A tube is obtained by extracting the contents and then the core 2 from the container 4. Next, the resin 5 is removed together with the fiber layer 3 and the released layer 6, and then resin on the end is out and removed to obtain a fiber-reinforced systhetic resin tube.
