Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the signal identification by demodulating the reception signal and the double signals which are delayed from the reception signal via the sine and cosine phase comparators and then regenerating these signals regarded as the convolutional code row and the parity code row of correction for the error of transmission efficiency 1/2 and 1. CONSTITUTION:The reception signal sent from input terminal 1 is applied to 1-bit delay circuit 5 as well as to sine and cosine phase comparators 6 and 7. Then the output signal delayed at circuit 5 is also applied to comparators band 7, and the output of comparator 6 undergoes the code regeneration through identification regenerator circuit 8 to be turned to the sine wave phase detection output. In the same way, the output of comparator 7 undergoes the code regeneration through identification regenerator circuit 9 and is then sent to half-bit delay circuit 10 to be changed into the cosine phase detection output. After this, the output of circuits 8 and 10 are applied to 1-bit delay circuit 11 and exclusive logical sum circuit 13 each, and the output of circuit 11 is delivered from terminal 2 via exclusive logical sum circuit 17. At the same time, the output of circuit 13 is applied to circuit 17 via 1-bit delay circuit 15 and exclusive logical sum circuit 16 to compound the output of terminal 2.
