Abstract

PURPOSE: To control a phase with high precision by improving the linearity of an input voltage to an output voltage and response characteristics, by providing a negative feedback circuit which feeds negatively a load control signal to be supplied to a load back to an integral amplifier circuit.
CONSTITUTION: A control signal from terminal 41 is applied to integral amplifier circuit 41, whose output is applied to capacitor 44 and Tr45 of the pulse generating circuit generating a slackening-tightening pulse via current-detecting transistor Trs 42 and 43, and the output of the pulse transformer of the generating circuit is applied to thyristors 46 and 47, which feed a current from power supply 49 to load 48. A load control signal to be supplied to those thyristors 46 and 47 is applied to deboosting transformer 50, rectifiers 51 and 52, and photo coupler 53 of a light emitting diode and photo detecting thyristor combined constituting the negative feedback circuit so as to feed negatively the control signal of load 48 flowing through load 54 back to amplifier circuit 41, thereby improving the linearity and response characteristics.
