Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily connect to the next stage and to easily keep the operating point stable, by connecting in common the respective input terminals of one set between two sets of complementary differential amplifying circuits, and applying the stable bias. CONSTITUTION:The first complementary differential amplifying circuit consisits of the circuits which reach the output terminals 34, 38 through FET35, 37 from the input terminal 30, and the second complementary differential amplifying circuit consists of the circuits which reach the output terminals 39, 43 through FET40, 42 from the input terminal 31. And since each complementary differential amplifying circuit has each differential output and each complementary characteristic, the differential amplifying circuit and the complementary push-pull circuit which are connected to the next stage can be driven easily, as well. Furthermore, a large output current can be made to flow against a large amplitude signal, and the distortion of transient cross modulation is not caused.
