Abstract
PURPOSE:To establish the monolythic integrated circuit of low distortion factor taking minimum of the increase of the external terminals, by operating the first amplifying circuit taking one output of the differential amplifying circuit as input and the second amplifying circuit taking another output as input with in-phase. CONSTITUTION:The monolythic integrated circuit 1 is constituted by connecting the base of the input pair transistors TrQ1 and Q2 of the differential amplifier 2 to the external terminals P1 and P2, the common emitter to the terminal P3, and the output of the positive phase amplifiers 3 and 4 taking the differential output of the amplifier 2 as inputs to the terminals P4 and P5 respectively. Input signal is fed to the terminal P1, a given bias voltage is fed to the terminal P2, the input circuit is operated as the differential amplifying circuit by opening the terminal P3, and the load is connected to the output terminals P4 and P5, enabling to constitute the BTL amplifying circuit. The even order harmonics of the amplifying circuits 3 and 4 is appeared as the in-phase signal, and at the BTL amplifying circuit taking the output difference voltage of the circuits 3 and 4 cancells the even order harmonics and reduces the distortion factor greatly.
