Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve performance as well as miniaturization and price reduction, by employing a fixed assembling method and also by forming specific members of a magnetic adjuster. CONSTITUTION:On soft magnetic body 16, shielding plate 12 in which two ferrite cores 13a and 13b and three center conductors 14a-14c have been contained via dielectrics 15a-15c is fixed by screws 11a and 11c and washers 15a-15c with center dielectrics 14a-14c interposed and on it, permanent magnet 8 is fixed with dielectrics 9a-9c between is fixed so as to form a lumped constant circulator and isolator. Further, respective conductors 14a-14c are elongated out of the unit body and used as strip line terminals for connections. Then, specific parts except ferrite cores and center conductors, i.e., shielding plate 12, washer 10, screws 11, and dielectrics 9 and 15 are formed of a magnetic adjuster and consequently the temperature characteristics of ferrite cores can be matched with those of a permanent magnet, providing stable operation covering a broad temperature range. As a result, the performance can be improved besides miniaturization and price reduction.
