Abstract

The gear 14b of the free roller 8b rolls on the gear 14a while turning in the direction D, and makes the free roller 8b to rotate on its axis and to revolve in the direction A. Accordingly, the reinforcing iron bar 10 is bent so as to wind around the stationay roller 8a. Next, the free roller 8b is returned to the initial position, and the reinforcing iron bar 10 is sent to the specified distance by the feed mechanism.
