Abstract

The rotation of the slit plate 16 attached to the motor 9 is read out by the sensor 17, the signal of movement amount of the drum 2 corresponding to the rotation of the drum 2 is given to the electrically operated cylinder 14, and its propulsion force is transmitted to the arm 12 and the roller 11 to move the shaft 5, the spline shaft 6, and drum 2. Winding is made by the drum 2 moving up and down as winding proceeds. After the completion of winding, the clamp 3 is removed and then the drum is inversely rotated to withdraw the drum.
