Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain spectral ratio sensitivity coinciding with standard relative visibility even for light of all incident angles by providing a photoelectric transducer which receives light trnsmitted through interference filters and converts this to electric signal. CONSTITUTION:A first interference filter 10, second interference filter 20 and photoelectric transducer 4 are arrayed in this order so that filter substrates 11, 21 both oppose to the photoelectric transducer 4. Light transmitted through the second interference filter 20 is converted to electric signal by the ptotoelectric transducer 4. in this case, the respective characteristics of the first interference filter 10 and second interference filber 20 may be designed arbitrarily and therefore the spectral ratio sensitivity of this photo detector may be coincided with standard relative visibility extremely well.
