Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a packaging apparatus, wherein when an article is sleeve- packaged by a heat-shrinkable film material the material is saved, and heat seal is favorably conducted without the film being forced to be delivered.
CONSTITUTION: An endless chain 12 having seal bars 11 with a certain distance therebetween and each consisting of a rotational shaft 32 and a seal bar body 11', and a stlat conveyor 18 having seal receivers 17 with the same distance therbetween as said certain distance and on the same level of stlats 29 are provided to rotate, and the endless chain 12 and the stlat conveyor 18 have upper and lower horizontally movable portios, respectively. The seal bar 11 is rotatably mounted to a bearing 13 which is attached to the chain 12, rollers 27, 27', 26 are provided to the seal bar 11, and guide rails 28, 24 are provided along the chain 12. When the chain 12 and the stlat conveyor 18 are moved, the rollers provided to the seal bars are guided by the guide rails and the seal bars are supported vertically to about the seal receiving table 17
