Abstract

CONSTITUTION:In the central part of a rotary disc 2 provided with objective lenses 42 thru 45 at the peripheral part are disposed the holograms 41... which have been corrected of the mounting positions of the respective lens and aberration information. These are then radiated by the laser light from a laser 8 passed through collimator lens 46. This causes the reproduction laser light going toward the fixed direction irrespective of the deviation of the incident light to be reflected by a reflecting mirror 11 and to form its image at the specified position on a recording plate 1 through the lenses 42 thru 45 of the disc 2. Hence, the need for highly accurate objective lenses or the like requiring mounting accuracy is eliminated.
