The operation method according to the first aspect of the present invention is as follows. First, the liquid absorption of the collection rod is pressed against a slightly bleeding part of the human body to absorb the blood with the liquid absorption, and the collection rod is placed inside the dropper to dissolve the blood in the lysis solution. Next, at each time of various diagnoses, the dropper is taken out of the dropper stand, the cap is pinched, and the dissolved sample blood in the dropper cylinder is dropped on a test instrument or the like. Then, when performing a plurality of types of tests, the operation of taking out the dropper standing on the dropper stand each time, grasping the cap, and dropping the sample blood may be repeated as many times as necessary. If the dropper does not drip, the sample blood will not leak out of the dropper if the dropper is set on the dropper stand. Therefore, operability is improved. And it is sanitary because no germs enter the dropper. According to the invention of claim 2, when the flange of the collection rod is sandwiched between the dropper cylinder and the cap, the collection rod can be fixed in the dropper cylinder, so that it can be stably placed during use, and the collected blood can be dissolved during that time. Good operability because it can be dissolved in liquid. According to the third aspect of the present invention, the liquid absorption amount is determined by the volume of the pores of the porous polymer material, so that the quantitativeness of the blood sample is improved. Since the volume of the pores of the porous material of the sintered body is extremely uniform, the quantitativeness of the liquid absorption amount is further improved.

The liquid-absorbing material 2 is attached to the tip (lower end in the figure) of the rod body, the flange 3 is formed in the middle part, and the base end (upper end in the figure) is a knob 4. The liquid absorbing member 2 sucks blood by capillary action, and is made of a hydrophilic porous polymer material. As the porous polymer material, a material obtained by subjecting a sintered body of polyethylene to hydrophilic treatment or a sintered body of hydrophilic polyester or polyacid is preferable.

The liquid absorbing material 2 of these porous polymer materials is
A cavity having a diameter of about 1 μ to 100 μ is selectively formed, and the porosity thereof can be adjusted to about 0.2 to 0.7, and absorbs and retains blood by capillary action. The porosity is defined by the following equation and corresponds to the porosity of the liquid absorption, and is related to the blood holding ability. Porosity = (dd −) / d d = density of polymer constituting liquid absorbing material d ′ = apparent density of liquid absorbing material In the hydrophilically treated polyethylene liquid absorbing material 2 preferably used in the present invention, pores are It shows a blood retention capacity of about 60% at a rate of about 40%. By appropriately selecting the volume of the liquid-absorbing material 2 having a constant porosity and appropriately selecting the porosity of the liquid-absorbing material 2 having a constant volume, the liquid absorption amount can be controlled to be constant. Usually, the amount of liquid absorption may be 10 to 100 μl, and the volume of the liquid absorption 2 when using the liquid absorption 2 having a porosity of 40% is about 0.03 to 0.30 cm 3 .

FIG. 1B shows a dropper 5 and a dropper stand 20. The dropper 5 includes a dropper cylinder 6 and a cap 10. The dropper cylinder 6 has a cylindrical body whose tip portion is gradually thinned, a drop hole 7 is formed at the tip, and a male screw 8 is formed on the outer periphery of the base end portion of the cylinder. The cap 10 comprises a cap portion 11 made of a flexible material, for example, rubber, and a fitting portion 12 connected thereto. A female screw 13 is formed on the inner periphery of the fitting portion 12. Therefore, when the female screw 13 of the cap 10 is screwed into the male screw 8 of the dropper tube 6, the cap 10 can be detachably attached to the dropper tube 6. Since the cap portion 11 of the cap 10 has flexibility, it can bend when pinched with a finger to push out the air inside. For this reason, if the cap 10 is attached to the dropper cylinder 6, it can be used as a known dropper.

Next, a method of using the micro blood collection kit of the present embodiment will be described. In a state before use, the sampling rod 1 and the dropper 5 are separately stored as shown in FIG. 1, and a solution is injected into the dropper 5 and stored in the dropper stand 20. At the time of use, the liquid absorption 2 of the sampling rod 1 is pressed against the bleeding site (earlobe, gums, etc.) of the human body to absorb blood. In this case, if the entire liquid absorption 2 is stained with a blood color or a predetermined part (for example, up to 2 mm from the tip), the collection of blood can be accurately collected by stopping the collection.

After the blood is collected, the collection rod 1 is stored in the dropper 5, as shown in FIG. That is, the cap 10 of the dropper 5 is removed from the dropper cylinder 6 and the sampling rod 1
Is stored in the dropper cylinder 6 with its tip down, and the cap 10 is screwed into the dropper cylinder 6 again. Then, the liquid absorbing liquid 2 is immersed in the dissolving liquid Q, the blood is dissolved,
It is stored as lysed blood. In addition, during storage, bacteria and the like do not enter from outside, which is hygienic.

At the time of diagnosis, as shown in FIG. 3, the dropper 5 is taken out from the dropper stand 20, the cap 10 of the dropper 5 is pinched with a finger, and the lysed blood is transferred to the dropper cylinder 6 as shown in FIG.

After being used for one type of judgment, FIG.
If the dropper 5 is set on the dropper stand 20 as shown in Fig. 7, the lysed blood inside will not leak out and bacteria will not enter the lysed blood, which is sanitary. Then, when used for the next type of diagnosis, the dropper 5 is taken out again as shown in FIG.
What is necessary is to pinch 0 with a finger and let dissolved blood drip. In this case, since the amount of the lysed blood which is extruded by pinching the cap 10 is constant, the determination by a diagnostic kit for determination, for example, a simple and quick diagnostic kit by a chromatography method can be performed with high accuracy, and even if the user does not care about the operation. Good and convenient.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, when performing a plurality of types of tests, the operation of taking out the dropper standing on the dropper stand each time, grasping the cap, and dropping the sample blood can be repeated as many times as necessary. I just need. Also,
When not dropping, if the dropper is set on the dropper stand, the blood sample does not leak from the dropper. Therefore, operability is improved. In addition, since no germs enter the dropper, it is sanitary. According to the invention of claim 2, when the flange of the collection rod is sandwiched between the dropper cylinder and the cap, the collection rod can be fixed in the dropper cylinder, so that the collection rod can be stably placed during use, and the collected blood is dissolved during that time. Good operability because it can be dissolved in liquid. According to the third aspect of the present invention, the volume of the porous polymer determines the amount of liquid absorbed, so that the quantitativeness of the blood sample is improved. Since the volume is extremely uniform, the quantitativeness of the liquid absorption amount is further improved.
