Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.マスターブレーキシリンダと、このマスターブレーキシリンダと協働するシ ミュレータと、電子制御ユニットによって制御可能な圧力源とを備え、この圧力 源の圧力によって車両の車輪ブレーキに圧力を加えることができ、車輪ブレーキ が分離弁によって遮断可能な少なくとも1つの液圧接続部を介して、マスターブ レーキシリンダに接続可能であり、更に、運転者が希望する減速度を認識するた めの装置と、車輪ブレーキの手前に接続配置された各々1個の流入弁および流出 弁と、車輪の回転状態を検出する車輪センサとを備えている、自動車用の電子制 御可能なブレーキ操作装置において、圧力源が連続的に調節可能な少なくとも1 個のピストンシリンダユニット(9,10911,10921,10912,10922 )として形成され、このピストンシリンダユニットの圧力室(10,20,11 011,12021,11012,12022)がマスターブレーキシリンダ(2)と車 輪ブレーキ(7,8,108,110,107,109)に接続可能であること を特徴とする電子制御可能なブレーキ操作装置。 2.ピストンシリンダユニット(9)がデュアル回路状に形成され、第1の圧力 室(10)に、第1の車軸に付設された一方の車輪ブレーキ(7)と第2の車軸 に付設された一方の車輪ブレーキ(8)が接続され、第2の圧力室(20)に、 第1と第2の車軸に付設された他方の車輪ブレーキが接続されていることを特徴 とする請求項1記載の電子制御可能なブレーキ操作装置。 3.圧力源が単一回路状の2個のピストンシリンダユニット(10911,10921 )によって形成され、第1のピストンシリンダユニット(10911)の圧力室 (11011)に第1の車軸に付設された一方の車輪ブレーキ(71)と第2の車 軸に付設された一方の車輪ブレーキ(71)が接続され、第2のピストンシリン ダユニット(10921)の圧力室(12021)に、第1と第2の車軸に付設され た他方の車輪ブレーキが接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電子制 御可能なブレーキ操作装置。 4.ピストンシリンダユニットがデュアル回路状に形成され、第1の圧力室に、 一方の車軸に付設された車輪ブレーキが接続され、第2の圧力室に、他方の車 軸に付設された車輪ブレーキが接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の 電子制御可能なブレーキ操作装置。 5.圧力源が連続的に調節可能な2個の単一回路状のピストンシリンダユニット (10912,10922)として形成され、このピストンシリンダユニットの圧力 室(1012,12022)に、各々の車軸に付設された車輪ブレーキ(109,1 10または107,108)が接続され、第1の車軸に付設された車輪ブレーキ (109,110)と第1のピストンシリンダユニット(10912)との間の接 続部に、電流が通じていないときに閉じる(SG)弁(37)が配置され、他方 の車軸に付設された車輪ブレーキ(107,108)が、流入弁と流出弁を介在 しないで接続されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電子制御可能なブレーキ操 作装置。 6.ピストンシリンダユニットが液圧シリンダによって形成され、この液圧シリ ンダのピストンが可逆の直流モータによって操作可能であることを特徴とする請 求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の電子制御可能なブレーキ操作装置。 7.ピストンシリンダユニットが液圧シリンダによって形成され、この液圧シリ ンダのピストンが、弁制御式直線駆動装置または空気圧式直線駆動装置または液 圧式直線駆動装置によって操作可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいず れか一つに記載の電子制御可能なブレーキ操作装置。 8.ピストンシリンダユニット(9)の圧力室(10)が、圧力室(10)の方 に開放する逆止弁(17)を介して、低圧アキュムレータ(36)に接続され、 車輪ブレーキ(7,8)が流出弁(14,15)によって低圧アキュムレータに 接続可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の電子制御 可能なブレーキ操作装置。 9.ピストンシリンダユニットと流入弁の間に圧力アキュムレータが配置されて いることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の電子制御可能なブレ ーキ操作装置。 10.マスターブレーキシリンダが操作ペダルによって操作可能である、、請求項 1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の電子制御可能なブレーキ操作装置において、運転 者が希望する減速度を認識するための装置が、操作ペダル(1)の操作変位 を検出する変位センサ(29)と、マスターブレーキシリンダ(2)内に発生す る液圧を検出する圧力センサ(18)との組み合わせによって形成されているこ とを特徴とする電子制御可能なブレーキ操作装置。 11.マスターブレーキシリンダが操作ペダルによって操作可能であり、シミュレ ータが弾性的に予備付勢された液圧シミュレータピストンによって形成されてい る、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の電子制御可能なブレーキ操作装置にお いて、運転者が希望する減速度を認識するための装置が、操作ペダル(1)の操 作変位を検出する第1の変位センサと、シミュレータピストンの変位を検出する 第2の変位センサとの組み合わせによって形成されていることを特徴とする電子 制御可能なブレーキ操作装置。 12.シミュレータ(32)が操作ペダル(1)とマスターブレーキシリンダ(2 )の間に作用するよう配置された圧縮ばね(34)によって形成されていること を特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の電子制御可能なブレーキ操 作装置。 13.運転者が希望する減速度を認識するための装置が、マスターブレーキシリン ダの圧力室に接続された2個の圧力センサによって形成されていることを特徴と する請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の電子制御可能なブレーキ操作装置。 14.ピストンシリンダユニット(9)のピストン(22)の位置を検出するため の手段(31)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一 つに記載の電子制御可能なブレーキ操作装置。 15.ピストンシリンダユニット(10911,10921)の圧力室(11012,1 2021)の間に、圧力差電圧変換器(36)が配置されていることを特徴とする 請求項3記載の電子制御可能なブレーキ操作装置。 16.ピストンシリンダユニットによって加えられる液圧を検出する圧力センサが 設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか一つに記載の電子制 御可能なブレーキ操作装置。 17.低圧アキュムレータの変位を検出する変位センサまたは変位スイッチが設け られていることを特徴とする請求項7〜16のいずれか一つに記載の電子制御 可能なブレーキ操作装置。 18.マスターブレーキシリンダとピストンシリンダユニットの間に圧力スイッチ が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか一つに記載の電子 制御可能なブレーキ操作装置。
