Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.合成樹脂の粒子を可塑化するための可塑化装置4を備え、該可塑化装置4内 で可塑化される合成樹脂のための収集チャンバ10を有し、該可塑化装置4と収 集チャンバ10とのあいだに材料供給チャネル24を有し、かつ該収集チャンバ 10内に収集された合成樹脂材料を放出するための射出ピストン35を有する合 成樹脂小型部品の射出成形のための射出成形装置であって、 前記射出成形装置が、少なくとも1つの射出チャネル14を有する高温チャネ ルノズル1を備え、前記収集チャンバ10がこの高温チャネルノズル1内にある ことを特徴とする射出成形装置。 2.前記高温チャネルノズル1がノズルボディ11と着脱自在のノズル先端12 とからなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の射出成形装置。 3.前記射出ピストン35がボアを備えており、該ボアの駆動側端部には少なく とも1つの側方向の入口開口を備え、該ボアの装置側端部には背圧弁を備えてな ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項記載の射出成形装置。 4.前記背圧弁がボール弁であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項記載の射出 成形装置。 5.前記射出ピストン35が案内・閉鎖スリーブ19内にあることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第3項記載の射出成形装置。 6.前記少なくとも1つの射出チャネル14の閉塞のた めに、ニードル閉鎖装置が設けられてなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記 載の射出成形装置。 7.前記材料供給チャネル24が、当該供給チャネルの側にある収集チャンバ1 0の領域内に開放していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の射出成形装 置。 8.前記収集チャンバの側にある材料供給チャネルの端部に制御された閉鎖装置 が設けられてなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の射出成形装置。 9.前記ニードル閉鎖装置に圧縮ピストン装置が設けられてなることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第6項記載の射出成形装置。 10.前記ニードル閉鎖装置が高温チャネルノズル1と可塑化装置4とのあいだに 配列されてなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第9項記載の射出成形装置。
