Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 式BAa−KOb−GLc−ZUdを満足する組成を有するアモルファス合金 において、式中BAはNi、Fe及び選択的にCoの基本元素を示し、その際こ の合金が7≦x≦20原子%のFexの鉄分を含んでおり、KOはCr、Mo、 V、Wの耐食性の元素の少なくとも1つを示し、GLはP、C、B、Siのガラ ス質の元素の少なくとも1つを示し、またZUは通常の不純物を含めて他の元素 付加物を示し、その際それらの原子%は59≦a≦85、5≦b≦30、10≦ c≦24、5≦dであるアモルファス合金。 2. 合金に対して付加的に条件≦24−5*bが適用されることを特徴とする 請求項1記載のアモルファス合金。 3. 合金に対して付加的に条件b+c+x≦36が適用されることを特徴とす る請求項1又は2記載のアモルファス合金。 4. 他の元素付加物ZUがメタロイド及び遷移金属の群から、有利にはAl、 Cl、F、Sn、Ge、In、Be、Sb、Pb、Mn、Si、Ti、Ta、N bの群から選択される少なくとも1つの元素を有していることを特徴とする請求 項1乃至3の1つに記載のアモルファス合金。 5. 合金が迅速凝固により製造可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の 1つに記載のアモルファス合金。 6. ろう剤が請求項1乃至5の1つに記載のアモルファス合金を含んでいるこ とを特徴とする延性特性を有するろう剤。 7. ろう剤が粉末又はペーストとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項 6記載のろう剤。 8. ろう剤が箔又はリボンとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6記 載のろう剤。 9. 箔又はリボンが25〜80μmの厚さ、有利には35〜50μmの厚さを 有することを特徴とする請求項8記載のろう剤。 10. ろう剤を鋼及び/又は超硬質合金の高温ろう付けに使用することを特徴 とする請求項6乃至9の1つに記載のろう剤。 11. ろう剤を保護ガス下及び/又は真空中及び/又は約900℃〜1300 ℃の温度範囲でろう付けに使用することを特徴とする請求項6乃至10の1つに 記載のろう剤。 12. 熱交換器の高温ろう付けに使用することを特徴とする請求項6乃至11 の1つに記載のろう剤。 13. プレート形熱交換器の高温ろう付けに使用することを特徴とする請求項 6乃至11の1つに記載のろう剤。
