Now, in order to regulate the height 14, the installation is done on the island 13.
, 13 are required, and in addition to the material cost and processing cost of the tubes 13, 13, and the work cost of inserting the tube, the mounting machine of the mounting component 2d requires the tubes 13, 1.
There is a problem in that an automated device for cutting, feeding, and tube insertion (3) must be added, which increases equipment costs and increases the takt time of the mounting machine. In the mounted component 2e of FIG. 6(b), the lead wires 3e, 3e have protrusions 3f, 3.
The problem is that bending costs are required to provide f, and in order to accurately regulate the mounting height 14, this bending process must be performed precisely and the mounted component 2e must be handled carefully before mounting. was there.

a。The height 9 is regulated for mounting 2b and 2c on the printed board 4, and the window 7 of the case 6 is formed into a tapered shape.
The printed board 4 and the case 6 can be easily engaged without requiring any manual labor. That is, due to the spring function provided to the mounted components 2a, 2b, 2c, the lead wires 3a, 3b, 3c
Expansion and contraction in the length direction and deformation in the direction perpendicular to the length direction are easy to move due to the spring elastic action, and since the window g7 of the case 6 is formed into a tapered shape, the printed board and the case 6 is easy to engage with. Also, lead wire 3

, 2b, 2c are installed at a height of 9, and the printed board 4
Implementation time is reduced. The tapered molding of the window portion 7 of the case 6 is especially important when the case 6 is made of plastic.
It is sufficient to provide this window shape in advance in the molding die, and the increase in the mold manufacturing cost and the price of the case 6 itself is small.

The problems of the conventional technology are solved because the printed board is engaged with a case provided with a window to complete the assembly, and the lead wires of the mounted components are bent. If it is deformable in the length direction and in the direction perpendicular to this length direction, the tQ function is provided, and mounting of the mounted component on the printed board requires height regulation and engagement between the printed board and the case. , it is possible to provide a mounted component assembly that can be easily carried out without requiring any manpower.

In addition to eliminating the need for material a, processing costs, and work costs for inserting tubes, there is no need to add automation equipment for cutting, feeding, and inserting tubes to the mounting machine. The problem is solved without increasing the takt time. In addition, compared to the conventional technology in which a protrusion is provided on the lead wire of the mounted component and the height of the mounted component is regulated by the protrusion, the height of the mounting component on the mounting board is regulated. However, the mounted component of the present invention is different in that it has a spring function. Therefore, even if the cost of bending the lead wire of the conventional mounted component to form a protrusion and the cost of bending the lead wire of the mounted component of the present invention are the same, the present invention has a lower spring function. Fruit! I-products are better.
