本発明は道路舗装材であるアスファルト合材を製造する
アスファルトプラントの骨材加熱装置であるドライヤに
関し、特に新規骨材及びアスファルト舗装材の両材料も

熱することができるアスファルトプラントのドライヤを

するカバー体の上部に新規骨材投入部を、ホットホッパ
下部に新規骨材排出口を配設し、かつコールドホッパに
新規骨材をも供給できる廃材供給部を、コールドホッパ
側に位置するカバー体下部に排出ゲートを有する廃材排
出口を配設し、更に前記コールドホッパの循環煙道の一
端部を途中に排風機を介在させて前記燃焼室に連結する
一方、前記カバー体に放出煙道を配設したことを特徴と
するアスファルトプラントのドライヤを提供するもので

ためのものであって、必要に応じて適宜取り付けると良
い。26.27.28はそれぞれ流量調整用ダンパーで
あって各煙道内を通過する排ガスの流量を調整するため

部内を転勤流下させる間に新規骨材を所望温度まで加熱
し、ホットホッパ6下部の新規骨材排出−9より排出す
る。また廃材はコンベヤ30によりコールドホッパ20
側からドラム3の後半部に供給する。そしてドラム3の
前半部に挿入配設した筒状体ll内を通過してドラム後
半部に導かれた高温の熱風によりドラム後半部を転勤流
下する間に所望の温度にまで加熱し、ドラム3の中央部
付近に穿設した廃材排出用透孔13より落下させ、カバ
ー体14下部の廃材排出口17より排出させるのである
。このとき、ドラム3内で発生した臭気やブルースモー
ク及び粉塵を伴う排ガスは排風機22によって吸引排気
され、循環煙道21の途中に設けた集塵機23によって
粉塵が除去され、燃焼室8に還元される。燃焼室8に還
元された排ガスはバーナ7の火炎によって高温度に加熱
され、排ガス中の臭気成分やブルースモークは加熱分解
されて無臭となるのである。脱臭された高温の排ガスは
再度ドラム3内に送り込まれて廃材の加熱に再利用され
る。排ガスの循環によってバーナ7に必要な空気量とド
ラム3の各シール部より侵入する空気量及び廃材や骨材
の加熱に伴って発生する水蒸気に見合ったガス量が余剰
ガスとなって漸次増加していくが、これらの余剰ガスは
ドラム3の中央部付近のカバー体14に連結した放出煙
道24から外部に放出される。また、このように排ガス
の全量を循環させるためにバーナの燃焼に際しては必要

ので、ドラム3より導出される排ガス中の臭気成分やブ

でき、嫌臭気で周囲環境を害するのを極力防止すること
