よつて中空針5が後退したり、抜け出したりする
おそれがある。これを避けるためには孔13に中
空針5の後端を抜け止め式に挿入する方法がある
が外筒2の後端から中空針5を取付けなければな
らず、製作が非常に困難となる欠点があつた。本
考案はかかる従来の不都合を解消するために中空
針を内挿する注射針の装着筒を外筒と別体に形成
することにより解決することができることを知見
して完成したもので構造が簡単で且つ製作容易で
あつて確実に中空針を内挿して抜け止めしたカー
トリツジ式の注射器を提供するもので先端側を密
封部材3で密封して薬液aを充填したカートリツ
ジ1と先端内面に前記カートリツジ1の密封部材
3を刺通してカートリツジ1中の薬液aを外部へ
注出自在とする中空針5を備えた外筒2とから成
るものにおいて、前記外筒2の先端部に開口6を
設け、注射針11の基部12を装着するための装
着筒10の基部に筒部9を連設し、該装着筒10
にカートリツジ1側から中心孔13と小径部15
を設けて段部15aを形成して中空針5の後部を
密嵌係止し、該中空針5の鋭利な先端16を前記
密封部材3側に向けて筒部9を外筒2の先端部に
挿嵌固定し、装着筒10を外筒2の開口部6から

が中心孔13にその後端14で装着された際、中
空針5を抜け止めする。該中空針5の先端16は
鋭利に形成されておりカートリツジ1の密封部材
3と対面させてある。23,24は筒部9の後端
側で移動を阻止するために係合させた突縁と凹
溝、25は注射針11の基部12を螺着させるた
めの螺筒、26は外筒2の内周面に形成した段部
で、使用前において、カートリツジ1の肩部27
周辺部分を圧接し抜止めするためのものである。
28は外筒2の後端に一体に形成した切込溝29
を有する係止片で、カートリツジ1を外筒2中に
