Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.−金属基材をスプレーまたは浸漬によるリン酸塩処理により前処理し、不働 化処理をせずに適宜乾燥し、 −このように処理をした金属基材の電気泳動浸漬ラッカー塗装を、乳酸ビスマ スおよび/またはジメチロールプロピオン酸ビスマスを含み錫化合物を含まない 電気浸漬ラッカーを使用して行なう ことを特徴とする、リン酸塩処理および電気泳動浸漬ラッカーコーティングに よる金属基材のラッカー塗装法。 2.乳酸ビスマスおよび/またはジメチロールプロピオン酸ビスマスの量が、ビ スマスに換算して、電気浸漬ラッカー中にバインダー固形分の0.1〜5重量% である、電気浸漬ラッカーを使用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の 方法。 3.ニッケルイオンを含まないリン酸塩処理溶液によってリン酸塩処理を行なう ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項記載の方法。 4.第一、第二および/または第三級アミノ基をもちかつアミン価20〜250 mgKOH/g、重量平均分子量(Mw)300〜10000であってそのアミ ノ基が少なくとも部分的に四級化されているか、および/または中和されている 自己架橋型または非自己架橋型バインダーをベースとする陰極沈着電気浸漬ラッ カーにより、電気泳動浸漬ラッカーコーティングを行なうことを特徴とする請求 の範囲第1項、第2項または第3項記載の方法。 5.自動車車体およびその構成部品のラッカー塗装に使用することを特徴とする 、前記請求の範囲のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 6.多層ラッカー塗装の一部として自動車車体およびその構成部品の下塗に使用 することを特徴とする、前記請求の範囲のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 7.異なる金属で構成されている金属基材のラッカー塗装に使用することを特徴 とする、前記請求の範囲のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 8.請求の範囲第1項〜第7項のいずれか1つの方法に従って処理された金属工 作物の形態である金属基材。
