Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easy to form a bend in an eaves gutter which is shaped in gutter form as having a bend at least in one part from a composite plate of such a structure that a core of a metal sheet is enclosed with resin layers. SOLUTION: An eaves gutter concerned is made from a composite plate 10 of such a structure that the two surfaces of a core of metal sheet 6 are enclosed with resin layers 7, and the composite plate 10 is shaped in a gutter form having a bend 8 in at least its one part. In the inner resin layer 7 where the bend 8 is to be formed, an undulated surface portion 9 with wall thickness varying approx. undulately is previously formed as stretching in the longitudinal direction, and the part is processed into a curved surface so that the intended bend 8 is accomplished.

When forming the curved portion by forming the curved surface of the composite plate, if the forming of the curved surface is performed by gradually bending it in a plurality of steps, the repulsive force generated at each step is released. Therefore, a large repulsive force is not generated at one time during the whole process of forming the curved surface.

Explaining the eaves trough according to the embodiment in more detail, the eaves trough is a gutter-shaped composite plate 10 in which both sides of a metal thin plate 6 such as a steel plate is coated with polyvinyl chloride to form a resin layer 7. As shown in FIG. 1, the molded product includes a bottom plate 1, a front plate 2 and a rear plate 3 standing up and down on the bottom plate 1, and front and rear ears 4 at the upper ends of the front plate 2 and the rear plate 3. The rear ears 5 are formed respectively. Front plate 2
Rises obliquely upward and rearward from the front end of the bottom plate 1 through a curved portion 8 that curves in an arc shape. The rear plate 3 stands up at a substantially right angle from the rear end of the bottom plate 1.

In this eaves trough, a corrugated surface portion 9 having a substantially corrugated wall thickness in the longitudinal direction is formed on the inner surface side of the curved portion 8 of the composite plate 10 before the curved portion 8 is formed by being curved. It is formed in advance. Therefore, when the curved portion 8 is formed by performing the curved surface molding on the composite plate 10, the distortion generated in the resin layer 7 on the inner surface side of the curved portion 8 is absorbed by the corrugated surface portion 9, whereby the repulsive force acting in the restoring direction is generated. The force required for forming the curved surface can be reduced, and the curved portion 8 can be easily formed.

The method of manufacturing this eaves gutter is as follows. First, ears are formed by roll forming on both left and right edges of a metal thin plate 6 such as a substantially flat plate-shaped steel plate, and the metal thin plate 6 is placed between the molds. A resin layer 7 is formed by extruding and coating polyvinyl chloride on both surfaces thereof, and a composite plate 10 is obtained.
At this time, at the same time as forming the resin layer 7, the corrugated surface portion 9 is continuously formed in the longitudinal direction on the resin layer 7 on the inner surface side of the composite plate 10 where the curved portion 8 is to be formed.

Next, a curved surface is formed at the position where the corrugated surface portion 9 is formed on the composite plate 10 to form the curved portion 8. At this time, in the curved portion 8, the corrugated surface portion 9 is on the inner surface side, and the unevenness of the wall thickness of the resin layer 7 in the corrugated surface portion 9 absorbs the strain generated on the inner side surface of the curved portion 8 and repels in the restoring direction. It reduces power. In this way, the bending portion 8
By locally reducing the repulsive force of the composite plate 10 that hinders the formation of the curved surface for forming the curved portion 8 at the position where the curved portion 8 should be formed, the curved portion 8 can be easily formed. Further, the corners of the composite plate 10 are bent by a bender or the like to form a predetermined gutter shape, and an eaves gutter as shown in FIG. 1 can be obtained.

That is, the eaves gutter is provided with a bottom plate 1, a front plate 2 and a rear plate 3 which rise from the front and rear edges of the bottom plate 1 at a substantially right angle, and the front ears 4 are provided at the upper ends of the front plate 2 and the rear plate 3. And a rear ear 5 are respectively formed, and the front plate 2 stands up higher than the rear plate 3, and
A convex portion 11 protruding forward is provided in the middle of the front plate 2,

Also in this eaves gutter, as in the case of the eaves gutter of the above-described embodiment, on the inner surface side of the curved portion 8 of the composite plate 10, before forming the curved portion 8 by forming the curved surface, the meat is formed into a substantially corrugated shape. The corrugated surface portion 9 of which the thickness changes is formed in advance along the longitudinal direction. Therefore, when the curved portion 8 is formed by forming the curved surface on the composite plate 10, it becomes easy to form the curved portion 8 as in the case of the above embodiment. Here, the shape of the corrugated surface portion 9, that is, the size and interval of the unevenness in which the thickness changes in a substantially corrugated shape is adjusted according to the bending rate of the bending portion 8 and the thickness of the resin layer 7, and for example, Curved part 8 has a radius of 20 mm
And the thickness (one side) of the resin layer 7 is 0.61.
In the case of 5 mm, the pitch of the unevenness can be 4.25 mm and the depth of the unevenness can be 0.3 mm.

The method of manufacturing this eaves gutter can be carried out in the same manner as in the above-mentioned embodiment. In the eaves trough according to the embodiment, the curved portion 8 is formed into a curved surface, and the convex portion 11 is formed at the same time. The curved portion 8 and the convex portion 11 are formed gradually. It is performed by a shoe plate that is bent and molded. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, in the initial stage a, the substantially flat composite plate 10 is
As shown in steps b to f, the curved portion 8 and the convex portion 11 are formed by gradually bending in five steps. In this way, by bending the bending portion 8 in a plurality of stages, the repulsive force of the composite plate 10 at each stage is small,
Further, since the repulsive force can be released each time the process proceeds to the next stage, a large repulsive force is not generated at one time during the whole process of forming the curved surface, and the curved portion 8 can be easily formed.
