樋用素板(4)の両側端部部分を本体用金属板(2)や
耳部用金属板(3)以外の部分にて折り曲げ加工し、角
形の耳部(6)を形成することにより第3図の如き角形
の軒樋を得るものである。このとき、耳部(6)を形成
するにあたって折り曲げ加工は本体用金属板(2)や耳
部用金属板(3)がインサートされていない部分におけ
る合成樹脂板f1)を折曲するとと忙よって行なえるた
め、熱を加えるなどして簡単に折り曲げ加工を行なうこ
とができると共に、本体用金属板(2)や耳部用金属板
+31の曲げを伴わないために丸味を帯びるこさなく正
確に角形Kfrシ曲げ加工を行なうことができるもので
ある。またここで耳部(6)の折曲先部の耳部用金属板
(3)がインサートされていない部分は上方へ折曲して
あって、この上方折り曲げ片(7)を軒樋本体(6)の
上部外面に接着剤による接着や高周波加熱による溶着て
固着しである。第4図(b)は他の実施例を示すもので
、耳部(6)における折り曲げ線分を軟質ポリ塩化ビニ
ルなど軟質熱可塑性樹脂−で形成して耳部(6)の折シ

なく正確に角形に折り曲げ加工を行なうことができるも
のである。また耳部には耳部用金属板がインサートされ
ておシ、しかも耳部の折曲先端を上方に折り曲げて仁の
上方折り1曲は片を軒樋本体の外側面に重ね固着してあ
って二重に重なる部分を耳部に形成しであるため、耳部
の強度は高いものであって、耳部による補強効果は何ら

に折曲して角形耳部を形成し、この角形耳部の折曲先端
を上方に折り曲げてこの上方折り曲げ片を軒樋本体の外
