縮後、袋の上部を折り込んで加熱滅菌した後冷却し、袋

部が重なるようにして折り込み、この状態で加熱滅菌を
行なう。加熱滅菌後、冷却し、しかる後、開口して培養
基に菌を植えつけ、再び袋口の部分のみを封緘して培養
