Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.種々のマスターカラーから正確に決定された色調を有する溶剤含有被覆剤を 製造するための混合系において、該混合系が A) 水50重量%以下、少なくとも1種の着色顔料および/または効果顔料 、有機溶剤、少なくとも1種の水希釈可能または水分散可能な結合剤ならびに場 合により助剤および添加剤を含有する種々のマスターカラーA)および B) 水5重量%までを含有しうる、溶剤含有、結合剤含有、顔料不含の成分 B、および場合により C) 少なくとも1種の架橋剤を含有する成分Cおよび D) 有機溶剤、場合により水ならびに場合により添加剤および触媒を含有す る成分Dを含有することを特徴とする溶剤含有被覆剤を製造するための混合系。 2.物理的に乾燥する被覆剤の成分Bは少なくとも1種のレオロジー制御添加剤 ならびに場合により他の助剤および添加剤を含有し、化学的に硬化可能の被覆剤 の成分Bは、成分Cの少なくとも1種の硬化剤で硬化させることのできる少なく とも1種の結合剤ならびに場合により他の助剤および添加剤を含有することを特 徴とする請求項1記載の混合系。 3. マスターカラーAが結合剤として少なくとも1種のポリウレタン樹脂、お よび/またはポリエステル樹脂および/またはアミノプラスト樹脂および/また はポリアクリレート樹脂を含有し、および/または成分Bが結合剤として少なく とも1種のポリウレタン樹脂および/またはアミノプラスト樹脂および/または ポリアクリレート樹脂を含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の混合 系。 4.成分Bの結合剤として、共重合体の製造のために使用されたモノマーの全重 量に対して5重量%以下の、1000〜40000の数平均分子量および1分子 あたり平均して0.5〜2.5個のエチレン系不飽和二重結合を有する1種また は数種のポリシロキサンマクロモノマーを、場合によりカルボキシル基含有ポリ エステルと一緒に使用して、溶液重合によって得られるカルボキシル基含有アク リレート共重合体樹脂を使用し、かつ成分Cとして1分子あたり平均して1個以 上のエポキシ基を有するエポキシ樹脂を使用することを特徴とする請求項1から 3までのいずれか1項記載の混合系。 5. 成分Bの結合剤としてヒドロキシル基含有アクリレート共重合体を使用し 、成分Bとしてジーおよび/またはポリイソシアネート架橋剤を使用することを 特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の混合系。 6.種々のマスターカラーAがそれぞれ Aa) 少なくとも1種の着色顔料および/または効果顔料0.5〜70重量 %、 Ab) 少なくとも1種の水希釈可能または水分散可能な結合剤 10〜80 重量%および Ac) 少なくとも1種の有機溶剤ならびに場合により助剤および添加剤を含 有し、その際成分Aa〜Acの重量含分の和がそれぞれ100重量%であること を特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の混合系。 7.混合系が A1) 少なくとも1種の、効果顔料を含有するマスターカラー、 A2) 少なくとも1種の、無機着色顔料を含有するマスターカラーおよび/ または A3) 少なくとも1種の、有機着色顔料を含有するマスターカラーを含有す ることを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の混合系。 8.種々のマスターカラーAが同じ結合剤を含有するかまたは結合剤混合物にお いては複数の同じ結合剤を互いに同じ混合比で含有することを特徴とする請求項 1から7までのいずれか1項記載の混合系。 9. 混合系の種々のマスターカラーを別個に製造して貯蔵し、被覆剤の適用直 前にはじめて混合する、正確に決定された色調を有する、物理的に乾燥する被 覆剤の製造方法において、請求項1〜3および6〜8のいずれかに記載の混合系 を使用し、溶剤含有被覆剤を、少なくとも1種のマスターカラーA、混合系の少 なくとも1種の成分Bならびに成分Dを混合することによって製造することを特 徴とする正確に決定された色調を有する物理的に乾燥する被覆剤の製造方法。 10.混合系の種々のマスターカラーを別個に製造して貯蔵し、被覆剤の適用直前 にはじめて混合する、正確に決定された色調を有する化学的に硬化可能な被覆剤 の製造方法において、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載された混合系を使用し 、被覆剤を、少なくとも1種のマスターカラーA、少なくとも1種の成分B、架 橋剤を含有する成分Cおよび調節希釈成分Dを混合することによって製造するこ とを特徴とする正確に決定された色調を有する化学的に硬化可能の被覆剤の製造 方法。 11.2層の上塗り塗装のマスターカラーを製造するためまたは自動車ボディおよ び/またはプラスチック部品の塗装用の顔料着色の単層の上塗り塗装を製造する ための、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の混合系の使用。 12.部分補修塗装用被覆剤を製造するための、請求項1から8までのいずれか1 項記載の混合系の使用。
