と、該薬液供給回路内に挿入されたフィルターと、該処
理槽に純水を流通せしめる給水手段と、該処理層からの
排水手段と、該薬品保管タンクへの新薬品の供給手段
と、該排気ダクトの基部に配設された排ガス洗浄装置と
を具備し、ウエーハの薬品処理から水洗までが同一処理
