この吸引チヤツクプレートには金属焼結体、セラ
ミツク焼結体等が使用されている。これらの焼結
体は、第4図に断面を示すように、異形粉体1を
焼結したものであり、焼結後、その焼結体の表面
2をフラツトに加工し、被吸着物10の吸着面と

に、被吸着物10に押圧力を作用させた時に、吸
着面に圧縮変形が生じ易いという問題もあつた。
更に、従来のものは空孔が複雑な形状であるの
で、ゴミやほこりが詰まり易く、また洗浄が困難
であるという問題もあつた。
