<Conventional technology> Embankments are constructed by laying blocks around rivers, irrigation canals, the sea, lakes, etc. In general, the surfaces of blocks constructing a seawall are formed flat so as not to increase water flow resistance. However, on the other hand, there are also some blocks in which irregularities are provided on the surface of the block to disturb the water flow and slow down the flow velocity.

<Problems that the invention aims to solve> Because the surface of conventional seawalls with blocks is flat, the adhesion and growth of algae and aquatic plants are inhibited, fish cannot live there, and the destruction of nature progresses. In addition, a seawall constructed of uneven blocks has sharp corners, which disrupt the water flow and generate vortices, making it unsuitable for use as a fish reef.

<Means for solving the problem> The present invention was proposed in view of the above. Vertical reinforcing holes are bored left and right at regular intervals in the block body, and the front surface of the block body has holes on the back side. With the block body installed on the revetment, the side surface of the recess located on the upstream side is formed almost perpendicular to the surface part, and the side surface of the recess located on the downstream side is formed on the surface part. It is a continuous line that is loosely continuous with the other parts.

<Function> A recess is provided on the surface of the block body, and with the block main body installed on the seawall, the side surface of the recess located on the upstream side is formed almost at right angles to the surface,
Since the side surface of the recess located on the downstream side is gently continuous with the surface, water flows smoothly within the recess and no vortex flow occurs in the recess.

The block main body 1 according to the present invention has upper and lower end surfaces 2 and 3, left and right end surfaces 4 and 5, and a surface portion 6.
A protruding portion 8 is formed along the length direction on the upper end surface 2, a groove portion 9 is formed along the length direction on the lower end surface 3, and a groove portion 9 is formed on the left and right end surfaces 4, 5. form vertical grooves 10, 10, respectively, along the vertical direction. and,
Vertical reinforcement insertion holes 11, 11 are bored in the block body 1 from the upper end surface 2 to the lower end surface 3 on the left and right at regular intervals. According to the embodiment shown in the drawings, the reinforcing bar insertion hole 11 is provided from the protrusion 8 to the groove 9, and is tapered such that it is larger on the protrusion 8 side and smaller on the groove 9 side. .

The front surface portion 6 is provided with a recessed portion 12 that is recessed toward the back surface portion 7. The recess 12 is located between the reinforcing bar insertion holes 11, 11, and with the block main body 1 installed on the seawall, the side surface 13 of the recess 12 located on the upstream side is formed approximately at right angles to the surface portion 6,
The side surface 14 of the recess 12 located on the downstream side is the surface portion 6
Draw a gentle curved surface and make it continuous like a wing. Furthermore, when the block body 1 is laid down in an inclined manner, the recess 12 is formed diagonally upward so that the upper and lower inner surfaces 15 and 16 are substantially horizontal.

The construction of a river bank 17 by stacking the block bodies 1 constructed as described above will be explained with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6. First, foundation concrete 19 is poured into the river bed 18. The foundation concrete 19 is provided with a slope portion 20 substantially perpendicular to the slope of the seawall 17, and reinforcing bars 21 are extended from the slope portion 20. A lowermost block 1a with reinforcing bars 21 passed through reinforcing bar insertion holes 11 is installed on the upper surface of the slope portion 20, and the reinforcing bar insertion holes 11 are filled with filler concrete 22. At this time, the side surface 13 of the block 1a formed at a substantially right angle to the surface portion 6 is positioned on the upstream side, and the upper and lower inner surfaces 15, 1 of the recessed portion 12 are positioned on the upstream side.
6, so that it is almost horizontal. In addition, since the reinforcing bar insertion hole 11 is formed in a tapered shape, it is easy to fill the filler concrete 22, and it can be filled without any gaps. Chestnut stone 23 is filled between the back surface 7 of the block 1a and the river sediment surface.

Next, a second stage block 1b is laid on the upper surface of the lowest stage block 1a, with the reinforcing bars 21 passed through the reinforcing bar insertion holes 11, shifted by 1/2 in the length direction. The groove 9 of the upper block 1b is fitted into the protrusion 8 of the lower block 1a, and the reinforcing bar insertion holes 11 and the vertical grooves 10 are filled with filler concrete 22.

Since the block body 1 according to the present invention has a recess 12, a recess 12 is formed for each block body 1 in the seawall 17 constructed using the block body 1. When the block main body 1 is installed on the seawall 17, the side surface 13 located on the upstream side of the recess 12 is recessed almost at right angles to the surface portion 6.
Since the side surface 14 located on the downstream side is gently continuous with the surface portion 6, water flows smoothly within each recess 12, and no vortex is generated within the recess 12. In addition, when the block body 1 is installed, the upper and lower inner surfaces 15 and 16 of each recess 12 are approximately horizontal, so the depth of the recess 12 can be increased.
The effective portion of the recess 12 can be enlarged.

Then, the recess 1 of the block body 1 as described above is
2, as shown in Figure 7, water flows moderately,
Since no whirlpools are generated, algae and aquatic plants can adhere and grow well, making it suitable for the growth of fish and effective in protecting the natural environment.

<Effect of the invention> The present invention provides a concave part on the surface of the block body, and when the block body is installed on the seawall, the side surface located on the upstream side of the concave part is formed almost at right angles to the surface part, and the downstream side Since the sides of the recesses located on the sides are gently continuous with the surface, in a seawall constructed using this block body, water flows smoothly without generating vortices in each recess, preventing algae and aquatic plants. It has good adhesion and growth, and can provide a suitable environment for the growth of fish, which is effective not only for the development of fisheries but also for the protection of the natural environment.
