Description
硬化後の金属ペースト31を、80℃~110℃下で1000時間、耐熱試験を実施した。1mm2×100マス切り込みの碁盤目密着性で、剥離が無く、試験前と比較して体積抵抗率の変化が±10%以内となった。

Claims (4)
- アウターレンズに発熱線を配設した車両用灯具であって、
前記アウターレンズが、灯具ボディに溶着される溶着脚を含み、
前記発熱線は、前記アウターレンズの周縁部において、前記溶着脚の内側に周設され、
前記発熱線は、所定割合の樹脂成分を含む金属ペーストを前記アウターレンズに直接塗布してなることを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記発熱線の少なくとも一部が、前記アウターレンズと灯具ボディとの間に形成された灯室側に露出している請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記樹脂成分が、所定の温度で熱硬化する樹脂である請求項1または2に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記発熱線が所定の温度を超えないように制御する制御手段を備えた請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の車両用灯具。
