図9の(a)は、正極電極用集電体100を含む電池の容量が400mAhの場合に対する試験結果であり、正極電極用集電体500は、両面にアルミニウム導電材102が形成されたPET材質のベースフィルム101、ベースフィルム101の両面で導電材102と接触するように設けられたアルミニウムの金属片120、導電材102と金属片120の間に設けられたKMG材質の絶縁性高分子層130、いずれか一つの金属片120に溶接されたリードタブ190を含むことができる。
Claims (7)
- ベースフィルムと、
前記ベースフィルムの上面または下面のうち少なくとも一つの一面に設けられる導電材と、
前記導電材と電気的に連結されるように前記ベースフィルムの上面または下面のうち少なくとも一つの一側に設けられる金属片と、
前記導電材と前記金属片との間、または、前記導電材の表面に設けられる、絶縁性高分子層と、
前記金属片、前記絶縁性高分子層または前記ベースフィルムのいずれか一つと接合されるように設けられるリードタブとを含み、
前記導電材は、前記絶縁性高分子層と前記ベースフィルムの間に位置し、
前記金属片は、前記ベースフィルムの上面及び下面側にそれぞれ設けられる、または、前記リードタブと向かい合うように前記ベースフィルムの上面または下面のいずれか一方に設けられ、
前記リードタブは、前記ベースフィルムの上面または下面側にそれぞれ設けられた前記金属片のいずれか一つと溶接される、または、前記リードタブと向かい合う前記ベースフィルムの一面側に設けられた前記金属片と溶接され、
前記リードタブが前記金属片と溶接されることにより、前記絶縁性高分子層と前記ベースフィルムとが溶融して溶接部位または溶接ポイントが形成され、
前記溶接部位または溶接ポイントで形成される電流パスを通じて前記リードタブ、前記金属片及び前記導電材が電気的に連結されることを特徴とする正極電極用集電体。 - 前記絶縁性高分子層は、接着性または粘着性を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の正極電極用集電体。
- 前記絶縁性高分子層は、前記ベースフィルムと同じ温度で溶ける、または、前記ベースフィルムより低い温度で溶けることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の正極電極用集電体。
- 前記電流パスは、前記リードタブの溶接部位または溶接ポイントのみで形成されることを特徴とする請求項2または3のいずれか一項に記載の正極電極用集電体。
- 前記導電材と前記金属片の間、または、前記導電材の表面に設けられる前記絶縁性高分子層は、短絡電流を遮断する、または、絶縁することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の正極電極用集電体。
- 前記導電材は、最大断面基準2μmの厚さ以下のアルミニウム金属で設けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の正極電極用集電体。
- 前記金属片は、アルミニウムホイルまたはSUS 316Lホイルで設けられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の正極電極用集電体。
