Description
本PCT国際出願は、2017年11月17日付けで出願された米国仮特許出願第62/587,598号の優先権の利益を主張し、その主題は、引用することによりその全体が本出願の一部をなす。

試験試料を、130℃±1℃の温度で0.2秒間ヒートシールした。シール強度の評価のための基準を以下に表1で示す。これは、シールが良好であるほど高い値が達成されるシール品質の評価である。最頻値の結果を以下の表3に示す。
試験試料を47℃±3℃の温度に10秒間曝した。粘着性の評価のための基準を以下に表2で示す。これは粘着性の評価であり、これらの条件下での、試料は粘着/シールすべきではないため、シールが不良であるほど値は高くなる。最頻値の結果を以下の表4に示す。
Claims (18)
- 第1の表面及び第2の表面を有する少なくとも1つの基材と、
第1のポリマーであって、
(i)水分散性であり、
(ii)スチレンブタジエンラテックス、エチレンモノマーと不飽和カルボン酸モノマーとのポリマー、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、それらの任意の誘導体、それらの任意のコポリマー、及びそれらの任意の組み合わせから選ばれ、
(iii)前記少なくとも1つの基材の前記第1の表面を被覆してコーティングを形成する、
前記第1のポリマーと、
前記少なくとも1つの基材の前記第2の表面を部分的に被覆して不連続層を形成する、前記第1のポリマーと同じ又は異なる第2のポリマーと、
を含む物品であって、
前記第1の表面のコーティングは、
前記第1のポリマーと同じ又は異なる第3のポリマー及び鉱物質を含む内側層と、
前記第1のポリマーを含むが、前記鉱物質を有しない外側層と、
を含み、
前記第1の表面のコーティングは、前記第2の表面上の前記不連続層とヒートシールを形成することが可能である、物品。 - 前記第1のポリマー又は前記第2のポリマーの少なくとも一方は、少なくとも2種の異なるモノマーから形成されるコポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記少なくとも2種の異なるモノマーには、エチレンモノマー及び不飽和カルボン酸モノマーが含まれる、請求項2に記載の物品。
- 前記不飽和カルボン酸モノマーは、アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸から選択される、請求項3に記載の物品。
- 前記第2のポリマーは、ポリエーテルイミド又はその誘導体を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記第2の表面上の前記第2のポリマーの乾燥塗工重量は、0.1g/m2~3.0g/m2の範囲である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記第1の表面上のコーティングの乾燥塗工重量は、1.0g/m2~9.0g/m2の範囲である、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記鉱物質は、フィロケイ酸塩鉱物質を含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記フィロケイ酸塩鉱物質は、タルク、カオリン、マイカ、又はそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項8に記載の物品。
- 前記コーティングは、該コーティングの重量基準で、10%~80%の前記第1のポリマーを含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記第1の表面のコーティングは、前記内側層と前記少なくとも1つの基材の前記第1の表面との間に、セルロース又は第3のポリマーを含むプレコート層を更に含む、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記第3のポリマーは、スチレン含有コポリマーを含む、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記プレコート層は、鉱物質を更に含む、請求項11に記載の物品。
- 前記第2の表面の前記不連続層は、鉱物質を更に含む、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記少なくとも1つの基材は、紙を含む、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 第1の表面及び第2の表面を有する少なくとも1つの基材と、
第1のポリマーであって、
(i)水分散性であり、
(ii)スチレンブタジエンラテックス、エチレンモノマーと不飽和カルボン酸モノマーとのポリマー、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、それらの任意の誘導体、それらの任意のコポリマー、及びそれらの任意の組み合わせから選ばれ、
(iii)前記少なくとも1つの基材の前記第1の表面を被覆してコーティングを形成する、
前記第1のポリマーと、

前記物品は、前記第1の表面が容器の内面であり、前記第2の表面が容器の外面である、ヒートシールされた容器である、物品。 - 前記ヒートシールされた容器は、10℃~100℃の範囲の温度の液体を保持するように構成される、請求項16に記載の物品。
- 前記物品は、少なくとも85%のリパルプ性を有する、請求項1~17のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
