Description
Claims (6)
- 車両の外部から外気を導入する空気取入口と、
前記空気取入口から導入された導入外気に放熱する放熱器と、
前記導入外気の一部を吸入する吸気口を有し、前記車両のエンジンに接続された吸気ダクトと、
前記導入外気の流路を画定するとともに、前記導入外気の流れから前記吸気口を遮蔽する第1遮蔽部材と、を備え、
前記第1遮蔽部材は、前記空気取入口から前記放熱器まで前記流路の上部を画定する上壁部と、前記流路の側部を画定する側壁部と、を少なくとも含み、
前記吸気口は、前記上壁部の上に位置する、
吸気ダクトの配設構造。 - 前記上壁部と、前記吸気ダクトと、の間には、前記導入外気に含まれる、当該導入外気よりも比重の大きな混入物を蓄溜可能な第1蓄溜部が形成され、
前記第1蓄溜部は、前記吸気口の下縁部と前記上壁部との間で開口する、請求項1に記載の吸気ダクトの配設構造。 - 前記上壁部は、上下に貫通する開口を有し、
前記吸気ダクトの前記吸気口側の端部は、吸気上流側に向かうほど径方向外方に湾曲し拡大するベルマウス形状を備え、
前記吸気口から前記ベルマウス形状の曲面を仮想的に延長して形成される仮想延長面は、前記開口の開口面と交差する、請求項2に記載の吸気ダクトの配設構造。 - 前記吸気ダクトは、前記端部から延在する上流ダクト部を含み、
前記開口は、前記上流ダクト部の延在方向に垂直かつ水平な方向において、前記吸気口の側方に配設されている、請求項3に記載の吸気ダクトの配設構造。 - 前記吸気ダクトは、当該吸気ダクト内に吸入された空気をろ過するフィルタ部に接続され、
前記吸気ダクトの前記フィルタ部と、前記吸気口との間には、少なくとも一つの曲がり部が形成され、
前記少なくとも一つの曲がり部の外周側には、前記空気に含まれている、当該空気よりも比重の大きな混入物を蓄溜可能な第2蓄溜部が配設されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の吸気ダクトの配設構造。 - 前記車両のフードと、
前記フードにより閉塞される前記車両のフード開口と、
前記フード開口の内周縁部と、前記フードの外周縁部と、の間に形成される隙間と、
前記隙間のうち少なくとも前記吸気口に最も近い部分と、前記吸気口と、の間を遮るように延在する第2遮蔽部材と、
を備える、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の吸気ダクトの配設構造。
