Claims (7)
- 凹部を有する基板と、
第1方向に沿って延在する走査線と、
前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に沿って延在するデータ線と、
前記走査線と重なる位置に一方のソースドレイン領域、一方のLDD領域、チャネル領域、他方のLDD領域、及び他方のソースドレイン領域の第1部分が前記第1方向に沿って延在し、前記データ線と重なる位置に前記他方のソースドレイン領域の第2部分が前記第2方向に沿って延在する、半導体層を有するトランジスターと、
前記一方のLDD領域又は前記他方のLDD領域に沿って配置され、一部が前記基板の凹部内に配置された遮光壁と、を備える、
電気光学装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電気光学装置であって、
前記トランジスターは、ゲート電極を有し、
前記遮光壁における前記基板側と反対側の端部は、前記ゲート電極における前記基板側と反対側の端部よりも前記基板から離れた位置に配置されていることを特徴とする電気光学装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電気光学装置であって、
前記遮光壁と前記半導体層を挟むように設けられ、前記一方のLDD領域、前記チャネル領域及び前記他方のLDD領域に沿って配置される他の遮光壁を備えることを特徴とする電気光学装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の電気光学装置であって、
前記遮光壁は、前記走査線の一部と重なって配置されていることを特徴とする電気光学装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の電気光学装置であって、
前記遮光壁は、前記他方のソースドレイン領域と電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする電気光学装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の電気光学装置であって、
前記遮光壁は、アルミニウムを含む材料で構成されることを特徴とする電気光学装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の電気光学装置を備えることを特徴とする電子機器。
